Wellington, FL --- After joining the training program at Beacon Hill Show Stables under the tutelage of Frank and Stacia Madden only three months ago, Catherine Pasmore of Wellington, Florida, has already expanded her horizons in the show arena. At the beginning of the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, Florida, Pasmore competed with Colour of Life and Ozina in the Low Junior Jumpers.

With her new program and level of confidence, Pasmore recently purchased Let’s Go M from Andre Dignelli for an equitation horse and has ridden her way into the ribbons of such significant equitation classes as the USEF Hunt Seat Medal, the ASPCA Maclay, and the WIHS Equitation Class.

This past week in Tampa, Florida, Pasmore wrapped up her Winter Equestrian Festival circuit by showing Zeitgeist in the Children’s Jumper division for Whipstick Farm and moving her jumpers up to the High Junior Jumper division. In addition, the 13 year old earned impressive ribbons in the equitation classes on Let’s Go M and competed in the Large Junior 15 & Under Hunter division aboard Jane Ehrhart’s horse Acarell.

“This circuit could not have been better for Catherine,” said Jessie Pasmore, her mother and the owner of Pasmore Stables LLC. “The whole team at Beacon Hill could not have been nicer, and we have had so much fun.” She added, “Frank found Go-go [Let’s Go M] for Catherine, and he is an incredible horse.”

“This winter was a big learning curve for everyone,” related Jessie Pasmore. “Catherine has never really done the hunters, so she’s gaining a lot of experience on additional horses and in the show ring. Her goal is to improve in the jumper arena, and riding hunters and the equitation is helping her create a better foundation to build on. Plus, the more you get to ride, the more exciting it is.”

Catherine Pasmore will show next in Culpeper, Virginia with Show Jumping veteran Katie Prudent and will rejoin Frank and Stacia Madden at their Beacon Hill Horse Show in Colts Neck, New Jersey this summer.
