Unique Room and Board/Employment Opportunity: We have a room for rent on our horse farm. Full access and use of a 4 level split home, games room, TV room, exercise room, high speed internet. No pets, non smokers only; HOWEVER, you can bring 1 or 2 horses,(monthly rates apply for horses on top of your board). Board and Room, $500 per month. Our expectations are a minimum of 15-25 hours per month of farm chores or you can completely work off your board. Horse experience is required.
